Employment Opportunities

The Web can be a cost-effective way to advertise job openings to a wide audience, especially when coordinated with newpaper and other traditional advertising: for the same money, you can run modest print ads in more newspapers, for example, that refer applicants to your web site to read a detailed description of the position and its requirements. Your net is cast wider, and you may receive a higher number of good resumes.
Post the job title
Then describe it as much detail as you wish - a web page can be as deep as it takes, and run for as long as it takes, to achieve results. You can reword the text - as often as you like - if you're not getting the type of applicant you need.

Be specific about where applicants should mail - or email - their responses. You can create a new email address just for recruiting. If you wish, you can set up an autoresponder to acknowledge all email sent to that address; see the User Guide for details.

Sidebar text a good way to reiterate your basic message.
It's also good for keeping your special offers or business hours in front of your audience.
